Comment:

 Okay of the five patches with issues,
 attachment:remove_get_serverid_from_DownloadStatus
 .add_request_sent_and_add_block_request-rebased.darcs.patch is my rebase
 of the first two, the whitespace we can skip, and I want to hear from
 Brian or someone that the last two are okay as-is, or else get an updated
 version that removes the {{{rref}}} param.
