Comment (by davidsarah):

 The last patch in [attachment:fix-test-failures-393.darcs.patch] fixes the
 failures in {{{test_immutable}}}, but not the one in
 {{{test_mutable.Filenode.test_mdmf_write_count}}}. Maybe the tests touched
 by that patch should be combined so that they're not doing the setup
 multiple times, for speed (they're not slow tests, but every little helps
 with #20).
