 Can you capture more information from one of those runs that takes a long
 time, like > 500s? Here are ways to extract more information:
 1. Get the "download timings" results from the "Recent Uploads and
 Downlaods" page. (I know you said on IRC you had a problem doing this, but
 hopefully it will work this time. Also: open a bug report!)
 2. Run wireshark and capture network-level information.
 3. Turn on logging, as described in source:docs/logging.rst .
