 Specifically it is the code inside the "if drop-upload is configured"
 block in {{{Client.init_drop_uploader}}}. The unit tests instantiate a
 {{{DropUploader}}} instance directly, but don't test what happens when you
 instantiate a {{{Client}}} instance which is configured to create a
 {{{DropUploader}}}.
