 Per [https://bugs.launchpad.net/zope.interface/+bug/811792 the launchpad
 ticket], Tres Seaver has gone ahead and released a new version of
 {{{zope.interface}}}, v3.6.5, which works-around this problem. So we could
 change the dependency to something like {{{zope.interface < 3.6.4, >
 3.6.4}}}.
