 [attachment:relax-zope-interface-requirement-2.darcs.patch] causes a
 spurious failure unless [attachment:make-version-parsing-understand-
 le.darcs.patch] is applied as well. (Actually, since zope.interface
 doesn't declare its version, we are unable to check it, but we need to be
 able to parse '<=' in a requirement in order to get to the point where we
 know that.)
