 Update [source:docs/performance.rst] to show the efficiency differences
 between MDMFs and SDMFs. You might want to base this patch on top of
 #1398, which would require you or someone to review #1398. #1398 is
 currently assigned to Brian for review, but Kevan (or anyone who has a
 thorough understanding of IMM, SDMF, and MDMF behavior) is welcome to
 review it too.
