 {{{outbound-proxy}}} for the config option. It's not specific to i2p, so
 that rules out {{{i2p-proxy}}}. The existing {{{tub.}}} options control
 the tub for ''this'' storage server. And {{{outbound-proxy}}} is more
 specific than {{{foolscap-proxy}}}.
