 Ah, ok, so the block-hash-tree is really a (salt+block)-hash-tree? That
 sounds fine. Yeah, if you could scan through for references to block-hash-
 tree or salt-hash-tree and make everything consistent, that'll help future
 readers. Maybe use {{{saltandblock_hash_tree}}} for an attribute name.

 That {{{offset=}}} behavior sounds great!
