 A user was confused by the fact that {{{tahoe put -m LOCAL_FILE
 REMOTE_FILE}}} will overwrite the contents of REMOTE_FILE if it already
 exists (and therefore will print the same URI on each run):

 The help for {{{tahoe put}}} is not sufficiently clear about the behaviour
 in this case.
