 In [http://tahoe-lafs.org/trac/tahoe-
 lafs/attachment/ticket/393/393status38.dpatch#L663 the patch for tahoe
 put], throw {{{twisted.python.usage.UsageError}}} to indicate that the
 {{{mutable-type}}} argument is wrong. (This will print a usage string as
 well as the error message.)
