Comment:

 This was fixed in [3910].

 (On the ticket1306 branch, [source:ticket1306/Makefile at 4962#L122 make
 quicktest] no longer uses [source:misc/build_helpers/run-with-
 pythonpath.py] in any case, and neither does anything else. I'll open a
 new ticket to remove it.)
