 After further thought and some IRC discussion, my complaint would be
 addressed if in the case where {{{bin/tahoe}}} fails because twisted >=
 10.2 has been installed, it gives a message saying to re-run {{{python
 setup.py build}}}. I'll prepare a patch for that.
