 Someone needs to review this for Tahoe-LAFS v1.9.0! This is one of the
 major features that would make 1.9 shine. We ''think'' that the deadline
 for getting patches into trunk for v1.9.0 is July 21 -- Thursday. Or maybe
 we should move the deadline to the following weekend, say Sunday, July 24.
 When Brian returns from Paris (tonight or tomorrow), he will hopefully
 weigh in on that.
