 http://tahoe-lafs.org/trac/tahoe-lafs/attachment/ticket/1435/dependency-
 updates.darcs.patch updates the dependency for Twisted to 10.1, which
 ensures that {{{twisted.internet.inotify}}} is available. (Note that it
 conflicts with [attachment:drop-upload.darcs.patch]. I'll rebase the
 latter when I have tests and docs.)
