Comment (by davidsarah):

 We still need upstream zope.interface to be fixed fairly soon, because:
  * we want to be able to allow future versions;
  * if an OS distribution packages the current version and a user has that
 package installed (i.e. as a single-version-externally-managed Python
 dist), setuptools will report a version conflict when building Tahoe-LAFS.

 The sooner upstream is fixed, the less likely it is that a broken version
 will be packaged.
