Comment:

 The [http://twistedmatrix.com/trac/changeset/31246 fix] for
 [http://twistedmatrix.com/trac/ticket/2409 Twisted #2409] was released in
 Twisted v11.0. I don't think we need to do anything to work around it in
 Tahoe-LAFS; the problem will go away as people use newer versions of
 Twisted.
