 This should have been fixed in zfec 1.4.20. http://tahoe-
 lafs.org/buildbot/builders/Randy%20FreeBSD-
 amd64/builds/335/steps/build/logs/stdio succeeded with zfec 1.4.20, so it
 seems to be working. However we should either remove 1.4.19 from PyPI, or
 exclude it in Tahoe's {{{_auto_deps.py}}}.
