 Hm, so I'd like to jump in and look at the "latest version" of
 !TransformingUploadable because Brian said he was having trouble digesting
 it. If we were still maintaining the [source:ticket393] branch then I
 could {{{darcs get}}} that and read the current version. Since we're
 apparently not, then do I need to apply all the patches attached to this
 ticket in order to see what Brian is seeing? Or apply only some of them?
 Or get a git (ugh) branch from Brian? :-)
