 Stott: would you please run your performance tests using Tahoe-LAFS
 v1.8.2? If you're not going to do that, let's just close this ticket
 because it is old and because I don't know what to do to make progress
 towards closing it. If you have some other request or can explain more
 specifically one particular issue that you had then we could use that as a
 starting point for making progress.
