New description:

 If the backend for the [http://tahoe-lafs.org/trac/tahoe-
 lafs/browser/trunk/src/allmydata/storage/server.py#L163 StorageServer]
 does not have a filesystem-like interface fileutil.get_disk_stats()
 appears to raise an !EnvironmentError.

   It seems to me that we'll need to update this behavior in a storage
 medium-agnostic tahoe.
