 It is not clear from http://tahoe-lafs.org/trac/tahoe-
 lafs/browser/trunk/docs/configuration.rst that if you don't include the
 "interface=" in the web.port option, it binds to all interfaces.

 This is a nice thing to know about, and I tried searching for
 documentation on the 'Twisted "strports" specification', but didn't find
 anything that described it better than what's included in the tahoe docs.
