Comment:

 I've been using this patch with the ones in #1007 and #1010  (and foolscap
 tickets 150 and 151) on I2P with v1.8.3 and so far there haven't been any
 issues with the functionality.

 It seems, however, that comments aren't allowed in
 `$TAHOENODE/introducers`. At least ''#'' doesn't work as a comment
 character. Having the ability to add comments would be a very welcome
 addition.
