 Change IShareSet.get_shares[_synchronous] to return a pair (list of share
 objects, set of corrupt shnums). This is necessary to allow crawlers to
 record but skip over corrupt shares. This patch also changes the behaviour
 of storage servers to ignore corrupt shares on read, which may or may not
 be what we want. Note that the S3 backend does not yet report corrupt
 shares. refs #999
