 Thanks for the update (comment:16), kytv. I hope someone who understands
 the code better than I can tell us how likely it is that some specific
 patch or set of patches fixed this specific problem. If not, I'll try to
 dig into the question myself at some point. Adding the keyword "review-
 needed" to indicate that we need someone to look into the source code and
 try to connect this particular issue with some specific source code
 changes.
