 Note that {{{TestMixin}}} and {{{WaitForDelayedCalls}}} also differ in
 that inheriting {{{TestMixin}}} causes ''all'' test methods in the class
 to cancel delayed calls, whereas {{{WaitForDelayedCalls}}} only waits in
 methods that use {{{d.addBoth(self.wait_for_delayed_calls)}}}.
