 Note that the lease dumping functionality of {{{tahoe debug}}} is
 [https://github.com/davidsarah/tahoe-
 lafs/commit/936661a44e18118d15bab2de8b65083f150a7478 no longer present],
 so this is needed as a (more user-friendly) replacement.
