#1897: CLI: add a way to change an existing alias without directly editing the
aliases file
-------------------------------------------+----------------------------
 Reporter: davidsarah | Owner: davidsarah
     Type: defect | Status: new
 Priority: normal | Milestone: 1.11.0
Component: code-frontend-cli | Version: 1.9.2
Keywords: cli tahoe-add-alias usability | Launchpad Bug:
-------------------------------------------+----------------------------
{{{tahoe add-alias}}} fails if the alias already exists, and so cannot be
used to change an existing alias entry. There should be a command or
option to do that (say, {{{tahoe add-alias --replace}}} or {{{tahoe
replace-alias}}}), and the {{{tahoe add-alias}}} error message should say
 what it is.

There is also no command to delete an alias.
