Comment:

 #1672 was marked as a duplicate of this.

 Note that although mutable.format is mdmf, we don't have enough evidence
 to conclude that this is specific to MDMF. It seems likely that it is a
 regression in the 1.9.x mutable publisher/repairer, though.
