Comment (by davidsarah):

 The "exceptions.!RuntimeError: Request.finish called on a request after
 its connection was lost; use Request.notifyFinish to keep track of this."
 is probably a duplicate of #1664; I don't see any strong evidence that
 it's related to the !ValueError.
