 I agree to close this ticket as "invalid".

 About the undefined symbol error, it sounds like rycee compiled it against
 the Crypto++ 5.6.0 headers provided by Debian, and then used
 {{{LD_LIBRARY_PATH}}} to force it to load Crypto++ 5.6.1 dynamic link
 library. That's not a safe thing to do and nobody, or at least not us, can
 do anything about that giving undefined symbol errors. Am I right, or am I
 confused?
