Comment:

 https://tahoe-lafs.org/trac/tahoe-
 lafs/attachment/ticket/1688/fix_ftpd_size_type.dpatch has been committed
 and makes a change equivalent to [attachment:ftp.patch].

 This doesn't necessarily make mutable files work with FTP. We should test
 interoperability with several FTP clients.
