Comment:

 This is pyOpenSSL's bug rather than our bug, therefore, it does not need
 to be in milestone 1.9.2. I'm leaving this open rather than marking it
 invalid just because we will need to make sure that an egg of the fixed
 pyOpenSSL is available.
