 Aha. Trying to reproduce this, I see something that might explain one of
 the observations. It looks like the immutable file cap was accidentally
 truncated from
 {{{https://con.struc.tv/uri/URI:CHK:kqnb2i6tufbyrou4klft7qn36y:5a6alvxpu2vsw45aiqfjriukxaoxno4har2hz2s2isczyppkuhja:1:1:647}}}
 to
 {{{https://con.struc.tv/uri/URI:CHK:kqnb2i6tufbyrou4klft7qn36y:5a6alvxpu2vsw45aiqfjriukxaoxno4har2hz2s2isczyppkuhja:1:1:64}}},
 which would explain why the link directly to the immutable file cap never
 worked even when the link through its parent directory sometimes did.
