 The TWN newsletters would likely look more "complete" and attractive to
 read (with the same content), by applying the following changes to the
 stylesheet in the HTML version:
  * Use a maximum width of 960px for the page using a wrapper div
  * Use a column-based layout (2 columns would probably be sufficient)
  * Use text-align: justify;
