Comment:

 This is not ready for review yet. When it is ready, it will probably be
 the code from the "cloud branch" (darcs repo at
 [https://leastauthority.com/static/source/cloud-branch]) that we merge
 into trunk, since that supports "chunking" of shares to reduce memory
 usage.
