 One of the most common build problems experienced by Tahoe-LAFS users is
 that of trying to compile a distribution when no compiler is available.
 But setuptools does not report ''which'' distribution it was trying to
 compile, so it's more difficult than necessary to find out which egg needs
 to be built to solve the user's problem.
