 Although this refers to a storage that has a public portal (see #389 and
 [https://bitbucket.org/nejucomo/lafs-rpg/ lafs-rpg]), this patch is for
 ''localhost'' wui of an operator with write permissions. What it provides
 is permalinks to the same object on the public portal.

 Only active if there's a ''public_root'' settings for ''[client]'' cfg.
