 This was mentioned in #1663 — thedod was trying to get an understanding of
 the whole webapi, and the presence of both "/uri/" and "/cap/" options
 made it harder.

 To close this ticket, hunt down every use of "uri" in our docs, source
 code, APIs, and protocols, and replace it with "cap".
