 I don't really understand most of [http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6415 RFC
 6415], but it kind of sounds like if someone does a {{{GET}}} to
 {{{/.well-known/host-meta}}} then we ought to spit back a string in some
 standard format containing the version number and authorship and stuff
 like that. Good idea?
