 Pull request for a "{{{make quickertest}}}" target is at
 [https://github.com/tahoe-lafs/tahoe-lafs/pull/17]. It includes a fix for
 the {{{test_runner}}} failures.

 Note that, like "{{{make quicktest}}}", "{{{make quickertest}}}" assumes
 that it is run in a Tahoe-LAFS source distribution that is already built.
 Use "{{{make quickertest TEST=<testname>}}}" to run a specific test.
