 Rule 3: "Don't put a share on a server unless doing so would increase the
 Servers-of-Happiness-Level."

 Well, no, that doesn't make sense ''either''. Because suppose you have
 K=3, N=6 and there are 6 servers. Well, putting a share on the first
 server will not increase the happiness level! It will be 0 both before and
 after placing that one share.

 So ''is'' there a rule which satisfies sickness's (and now my) intuition
 that it is confusing and usually-not-useful to add shares to a server that
 already has shares?
