 No! We have certainly ''not'' all agreed to that. That is the ''opposite''
 of what sickness and amontero, and to a lesser extend I myself want, which
 is the topic of this ticket. They want, if I understand correctly, that
 once all servers have at least one share, then any excess shares do
 ''not'' get uploaded to any servers.
