 Review comments on github. BTW,
 [source:git/src/allmydata/web/root.py at 880af4e1#L92 FileHandler in
 web/root.py] should probably be renamed to {{{NamedHandler}}} and the
 error messages in it changed to reference {{{/named}}}, in that case.
