Old description:

New description:

 Want to know what your IP address is, so that you can tell other people to
 open connections to that address in order to talk to you? Well, ask a peer
 that you have connected to! (That peer could be, but doesn't have to be,
 the introducer.)

 ICE standard:

 http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6544

 (Not that we need to use the standard for this, but it might contain some
 nuggets of wisdom about how to do this effectively.)
