 I forgot about foolscap's try-them-all-first-one-wins plan.  Given that, I
 don't think it makes sense to fight the foolscap way.  The usual reasons
 to try v6 first are to promote v6 adoption and to avoid NAT pain.  The
 reasons to configure v4 first instead are because v6 is flaky  or slow
 (due to infrastructure/routing, not protocol).

 Longer term, foolscap should become aware of AF preference and support
 that somehow.
