 I will try to configure upstart to work with tahoe-bot.

 I'm not sure why tahoe-bot keeps crashing, but from my logs it appears to
 be a race condition with the RSS parser and the IRC parser. The error
 occurs when the RSS parser fails to grab the feed.

 For future reference, the source code for tahoe-bot is hosted on github:
 * [https://github.com/markberger/tally tally]: the library with all of the
 irc and rss logic
 * [https://github.com/markberger/tahoe-bot tahoe-bot]: the repo with the
 appropriate settings

 The code is in Go, but it is easy to pick up for anyone interested.
