 Hi Zooko! Sorry for the late response.

 After the dev chat we had, I forgot to go and implement the changes we
 discussed. I quickly added the basic changes yesterday, and they can be
 found on the pull request. I investigated combining the loop over read
 only servers and the loop over write servers, but I did not have enough
 time to commit anything that works.

 Sadly I don't have as much time to hack on tahoe as I had expected, but I
 will try to revisit the loop issue this weekend.
