Comment:

 I rebased this and committed a version as
 [c126dc05984cadc25bee1a8db1a9a014baee4e3a/trunk]. Differences from Zooko's
 version:

 * Move the file to `docs/` since it is not documenting a frontend. (I'm
 quite pedantic about what I call a frontend.)
 * Cosmetics, such as title-casing the subheadings.
 * Some copy-editing and grammar fixes.
 * Change "I" to "Zooko".
 * Remove commit hashes from URLs for docs and add them to an URL
 specifying a line of code.
