 killyourtv: I'd really like to investigate these issues, but I can't be
 sure that I'm looking at the right source code. Tahoe-LAFS v1.10.0 doesn't
 have `alleged_privkey_s = self._node._decrypt_privkey(enc_privkey)` on
 [https://github.com/tahoe-lafs/tahoe-
 lafs/blame/4751a468408d8cc8c0e7d8165237d128741ce08a/src/allmydata/mutable/servermap.py#l929
